Ms. Anipriya Vignesh
Academic Director
We believe that education should develop the whole child. At Spectrum, this means focusing not just on academic skills but also on the life skills that will help students thrive in a complex world. From critical thinking and communication to resilience and empathy, we design our curriculum to equip students with a strong foundation for both their personal and professional lives.
Our aim is for every student to leave our schools confident, curious, and prepared to face life’s challenges with an open mind.
A key part of our mission is to offer students a variety of opportunities to discover who they are and what they love. Through a wide range of programs including STEM, the arts, sports, and leadership roles we invite students to explore their interests and develop a sense of purpose. By engaging in new experiences and working together with peers, they not only find their strengths but also learn the value of community, teamwork, and perseverance.
Ms. Lakshmi K.S
Principal
Ms. Lakshmi K.S leads Spectrum Northern Lights School with dedication, clarity, and a deep respect for children and learning. With experience in the Cambridge curriculum and a Master’s degree in Psychology, she believes a school should be a space where every child feels safe, valued, and free to explore their potential.
Her approach blends strong academics with values such as wellbeing, kindness, and global citizenship, helping children build confidence, empathy, and curiosity beyond the classroom.
Known for her calm, people-centred leadership style, she believes that when teachers feel supported and children feel understood, learning becomes joyful and meaningful.
Her biggest motivation comes from her students. As she beautifully says:
“A warm smile from a child keeps me energised and excited to come to school every day. There is magic in inspiring young minds and watching them grow with confidence and wonder.”
Her vision for Spectrum is simple yet powerful—
a school where children grow at their own pace, learning feels purposeful, teachers feel valued, and families feel connected.
With her thoughtful guidance, she continues to shape a learning community rooted in care, trust, and the belief that every child carries immense potential.
